Michael Warwick, CEO established Warwick Investments in 2008. Throughout his career, Michael has obtained significant experience in property acquisitions and been involved in major multimillion pound property investments.

Michael prides himself on his versatile approach; his investment style has enabled him to deliver over 100 million pounds worth of property investments.

Joe O’Toole, Development director main focus is leading, enhancing and progressing all investments within the company.

Previously working as Housing Director in the supported living sector for a housing provider, Joe has focused on the delivery of intensive housing management, working closely with care providers, local authorities and housing benefit departments.

Aaron Copitch leads property acquisitions at Warwick Investments, specializing in sourcing, appraising, and securing new opportunities through to handover. Over the past four years, Aaron has successfully transacted over £100 million worth of property.

Prior to joining Warwick Investments, Aaron was responsible for sourcing and acquiring properties to convert into HMOs, giving him valuable insight into the property industry and strengthening his expertise in investment and development.

Benny Weiss, a competent Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager with over 25 years’ experience in several businesses/organisations. Proven ability to recognise and resolve discrepancies. Strong planning and organisational skills resulting in a significant improvement in financial controls. Proactive approach evident in the implementation of more efficient computerised systems. Strong analytical and financial reporting skills. A dedicated worker focused on improving financial performance.
