Michael Warwick, CEO established Warwick Investments in 2008. Throughout his career, Michael has obtained significant experience in property acquisitions and been involved in major multimillion pound property investments.

Michael prides himself on his versatile approach; his investment style has enabled him to deliver over 100 million pounds worth of property investments.

Benny Weiss, a competent Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager with over 25 years’ experience in several businesses/organisations. Proven ability to recognise and resolve discrepancies. Strong planning and organisational skills resulting in a significant improvement in financial controls. Proactive approach evident in the implementation of more efficient computerised systems. Strong analytical and financial reporting skills. A dedicated worker focused on improving financial performance.

Ken founded Jones Melling with Gary Melling during in 2009. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has worked on both the Client and Contractor side, giving him valuable insight into both contractor and consultancy work. Ken is responsible for the Quantity Surveying and Project Management service lines of the business.
